AgentFax provides API access for fax delivery through upstream communication providers. Customers must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited transmissions.

Customers are responsible for recipient authorization, document accuracy, regulatory obligations, and keeping API keys confidential. Dry runs validate request shape but do not guarantee that a live fax will deliver.

The production launch gate should include configured billing, provider credentials, webhook verification, and a real-world fax QA corpus before paid traffic.
