Terms of Service

AgentFax provides API access for fax delivery through third-party communications providers. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the account.

Acceptable use

You may not use AgentFax for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or unsolicited transmissions. You are responsible for recipient consent, document accuracy, legal and industry obligations, and all activity performed with your API keys. AgentFax may suspend access to protect recipients, the service, or upstream networks.

Billing and limits

The Developer plan renews monthly until canceled. Launch access is limited to 5 live sends per minute, 25 per day, and 250 per rolling 30 days. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits and pricing may change prospectively with notice.

Delivery and compliance

Fax delivery is not guaranteed. Dry runs validate request shape only. You must verify final delivery status and maintain any records your workflow requires. AgentFax is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant service and no business associate agreement is provided unless agreed separately in writing.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and depends on third-party networks. To the extent permitted by law, AgentFax disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
